2015 Ford Ranger line-up to launch in Q3 of this year, 3.2-litre 5-cyl turbo-diesel, 6-spd manual for $57,390

MELBOURNE: Ford has confirmed to release its now Ford Ranger lineup in the third quarter of this year. While the Ranger would be featured with 3.2-litre 5-cyl turbo-diesel, 6-spd manual with a 3-year of warranty up to 10,000 km for $57,390.

Australian magazine CarAdvice received leaked images of 2015 Ford Ranger line-up. 2015 Ford Ranger line-up leaked images, we can see that the images show the entire model range including cab-chassis variants of the single-cab, super-cab and double-cab, and respective pick-up variants.

These images leaked of the new Ford Ranger show that the pickup-truck will continue offering the same body layouts, but will gain the styling changes that see it morph from its current design to include styling cues from the larger Ford F-150 utility.

The car upgrades developed for the Ford Everest may also flow through to the Ranger, including a new turbocharger for the 2.2-liter 4-cylinder diesel engine and a re-calibrated six-speed automatic transmission.
