Google releases six new Android apps to work with ChromeOS

NEW YORK: Google has announced six new Android apps that will work with the ChromeOS setup. The six apps released are Dormi, Waves, Slice, Yo, Slideshare and Tapatalk.

To install them users will need the Android Runtime for Chrome (ARC) which enables Android apps to run on ChromeOS, but if its user’s first time running an Android app on Chrome it will automatically install.

Interested users can grab these apps, and all the rest of the ARC compatible apps on the Chrome Web Store, where Google has finally made a category to list them all.
