KARACHI: The Directorate General of Customs Valuation with the consent of Customs Valuation Director Abdul Rashid Sheikh has issued Valuation Ruling No 715/2015 to determine the customs values of Ferro Manganese, Ferro Silicon and Silico Manganese under Section 25-A of Customs Act, 1969. The said Valuation Ruling i.e. VR No 715/2015 has superseded the previous Valuation Ruling No 433/2012.
According to details, the customs values of Ferro Manganese from Europe having PCT Heading 7202.1100 and 7202.1900 and proposed PCT for WeBOC 7202.1100.1000 and 7202.1900.1000 have fixed at LMB prices plus $45 per matric tones (on account of freight).
The customs values of Ferro Manganese from China, India and Vietnam having PCT Heading 7202.1100 and 7202.1900 and proposed PCT for WeBOC 7202.1100.1100 and 7202.1900.1100 have fixed at Asian Metal Bulletin prices plus $45 per matric tones.
The customs values of Ferro Silicon from Europe having PCT Heading 7202.1900 and proposed PCT for WeBOC 7202.1900.1200 have fixed at LMB prices plus $45per matric tones.
The customs values of Ferro Silicon from China, India and Vietnam having PCT Heading 7202.1900 and proposed PCT for WeBOC 7202.1900.1300 have fixed at Asian Metal Bulletin prices plus $45per matric tones.
The customs values of Silicon Manganese from Europe having PCT Heading 7202.3000 and proposed PCT for WeBOC 7202.3000.1000 have fixed at LMB prices plus $45per matric tones.
The customs values of Silicon Manganese from China, India and Vietnam having PCT Heading 7202.3000 and proposed PCT for WeBOC 7202.3000.1100 have fixed at Asian Metal Bulletin price plus $45per matric tones (on account of freight).
