ISLAMABAD: Model Custosms Collectrate Collector Zeba Hai suspended on Thursday the team of eight officials of customs at Benazir Bhutto International Airport in pig meat smuggling case.
The team consisted of two deputy superintendents, one superintendent and five inspectors. Public Relations Officer Inspector Saqib Shaikh was also suspended.
The packing of boxes containing pig meat and alcohol was checked by Deputy Collector Naveed ur Rahman Bagwi. He registered FIR against Chinese women and started further investigation in this regard.
