TOKYO: Sony steel-edition SmatWatch 3 will be avialable for sale in markets across the world in few days. There is still no word on the pricing, which will be revealed by the local unites of the country.
It was originally introduced at the Consumer Electronics Show 2015 last month, the stainless steel SmartWatch 3 is same as the plastic variant apart from the steel frame and strap. It features 1.6-inch 320x20p Transflective display, Android Wear, built-in microphone, accelerometer, compass, gyroscope and GPS. The smartwatch is also waterproof.
The company has also revealed that the SmartWatch 3 “holder” kit will be available in the coming weeks. This holder kit will allow the consumers to use any 24mm watch strap with SmartWatch, not just the official ones provided by Sony.
