Member Board of Revenue Nadeem directs officers to complete computerisation of land record

LAHORE: Member Board of Revenue Nadeem Ashraf has asked revenue officers to complete the remaining task on land computerization in time.

He said that work of land computerization is being carried out on war footing throughout the province.

He said that the mechanism of coordination is our top priority so that land record of every Pakistani should be safe. He said that no laxity or negligence on the part of Revenue officials will be tolerated.

This was stated by him while addressing a meeting for reviewing the performance of all districts regarding land computerization. Concerned DCOs, Revenue officers and Managing Director Land Computerization Irfan Elahi were present in the meeting.

Senior Member Board of Revenue took notice of the laxity in the process of land computerization in some districts and directed DCOs to take strict action against those Revenue officers showing negligence.

He directed all Revenue officers to complete the remaining work in a record time. He said that Punjab has become a model province through the process of land computerization where for the first time land record has been made safe and land mafia eliminated.
