One of those features is 24×7 live chat support, using which customers can get in contact with the after sales support team for any help or advice about the product.

Samsung has also mentioned that it will offer Gold Tier deals to its premium customers, which might help Samsung in driving sales of its flagship products. The app will also provide easy sign-ups to customers, offer warranty details as well as features like warranty extension and device tracking.
