KCCA holds farewell luncheon in honor of Collector Najeeb-ur-Rehman Abbasi

KARACHI: The managing committee of Karachi Customs’ Agents Association (KCAA) arranged a farewell luncheon at Beach Luxury Hotel in the honor of outgoing MCC Appraisement (East) Collector Najeeb Ur Rehman Abbasi who has been transferred from his existing post to the Director General (OPS), Directorate of Reforms and Automation.
Other customs officers including Mohammad Javed Ghani, Collector MCC Export, Manzoor Hussain Memon, Collector MCC Appraisement (East), Jawwad Owais Agha, Collector MCC Gwadar, Gul Rehman, Collector MCC Post Clearance Audit (PCA), Abdul Majid Yousufani, Director, Directorate General of Reforms & Automation, Dr Saif Ullah Junejo, Collector Customs (Adjudication-II), Dr. Iftikhar Ahmed, ADC-I, MCC Appraisement West, Syed Naeem Akhtar ADC-II, MCC Appraisement (West), Azhar Hussain Merchant ADC-IV, MCC Appraisement (West), deputy collectors and assistant collectors were also present on the occasion.
President KCAA Qamar Alam and General Secretary KCAA Khurram Ijaz welcomed the guest and presented the KCAA memento to Collector Najeeb Ur Rehman Abbasi as per tradition.
Qamar Alam and Khurram Ijaz appreciated the services and cooperation extended by Najeeb Abbasi in resolving the issues being faced by the customs agents’ community during his tenure.
Najeeb Ur Rehman Abbasi, the outgoing Collector, MCC Appraisement (East) thanked all the office bearers and members managing committee for organizing this farewell luncheon in his honor and also appreciated the vital role of customs agents and KCAA.
