Lahore: Court orders arrest of 126 human traffickers

LAHORE: A judicial magistrate has ordered the arrest of 126 suspected human traffickers who are wanted by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).

The smugglers belong to Gujranwala, Sialkot, Mandi Bahauddin and Gujarat. Judicial Magistrate Muhammad Jamil Bhatti, after recording the statements of the FIA staff, ordered fix the posters of the accused at prominent locations in the city.
The Court has announced this Under Sec 87 of CRPC (the code of criminal procedure, 1898) If any court (is satisfied after taking evidence) that any person against whom a warrant has been issued by it has absconded or is concealing himself so that such warrant cannot be executed, such court may publish a written proclamation requiring him to appear at a specified place and at a specified trial court time not less than 30 days from the date of publishing such proclamation.
The Court has announced the proclamation of 126 human traffickers including Muhammad Nadeem, Fawad, Jahan dad, Subhan, Shujaat Ali, Akhtar Ali, Muhamamd Nawaz, Faisal, Muhammad boota, and Noor Khan.
