The company imported several consignments of zinc sulphate monohydrate for manufacturing of feed grade. The price of lambda-cyhalothrin was US $36 per kg while the price of zinc sulphate monohydrate was US $23 per kg. The company tried to evade Customs duty tax of Rs 7 million through miss declaration.

During the chemical examination it was found that the accused company Commander Agro has miss declared the import. It declared chemical zinc sulphate monohydrate instead of lambda-cyhalothrin.
