SIALKOT: Judicial Magistrate Muhamamd Jamil Bhatti has declared as many as 179 human traffickers as proclaimed offenders, belonging to Sialkot, Narowal, Gujrat, Mandi Bahauddin , Hafizabad and Gujranwala districts.
