ISLAMABAD – After increase global oil prices, the prices of petroleum products are expected to increase by 3.5 percent.
Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Ogra) sources that in global market, oil price recorded slight increase during February which led regulatory authority to increase fuel in local market.
They added that petrol prices likely to be hiked by Rs. 3.97 per liter, High Octane Bleeding Component (HOBC) by Rs. 4.50 per liter. Likewise, increase of Rs. 2.66 per liter in the rates of kerosene oil, Rs. 3 per liter for High Speed Diesel (HSD) and Rs. 2.61 Light Speed Diesel (LDO).
Currently the petroleum price stood as follows, HOBC at 77.10, Petrol at 70.29, HSD at 80.61, LDO at 57.94 and Kerosine Oil at 61.44.
