Suzuki releases teaser images of iK-2, iM-4 concept cars, to be presented to public in Geneva motor show

TOKYO: The Japanese based automaker, Suzuki has introduced the first teaser images with the iK-2 and iM-4 concept cars during the company’s press conference, which will be officially presented to the public during the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, early next month.

“Suzuki Motor Corporation will display two world-premiere concept models at the 85th Geneva Motor Show next month. Detailed information will be disclosed at the Suzuki press conference, scheduled on Tuesday, 3rd March 2015 at 11:15 am on stand 4251, in hall 4”, said the carmaker in its official press release.

The Suzuki iK-2 Concept is believed to be a C-segment hatchback, judging by the teaser image, which has a pretty good chance of being transformed into a production vehicle. This will go on sale against models such as the Ford Focus, the Opel Astra, the Renault Megane, the Volkswagen Golf and so on. The iM-4 Concept appears to be a compact crossover which might be aimed towards either the B- or the C-segment. The model will get a four-wheel drive layout and it is also believed to give birth to a production variant. More details on the two concept cars are limited for the moment and will be announce during the Swiss automotive event.
