MULTAN: Multan Excise and Taxation Department has impounded 29 vehicles due to non-payment of token tax during general hold up in various parts of the city.
Multan Excise and Taxation Department have initiated the crackdown on the applied for registration vehicles to ensure the immediate registration of vehicles.
Sources said that this crackdown specially on unregistered vehicles will not only add to the revenue of Excise but will also ensure peace in the city as such unregistered vehicles are used in terrorist activities.
