Customs Appellant Tribunal Bench-I adjourns case of Sansaua Traders for another month

LAHORE: Customs Appellant Tribunal Lahore Bench-I has adjourned the case of Sansaua Traders for one month here on Wednesday proceedings.

As per details, Sansaua Traders had filed four appeals; number 295, 296, 297, 298 in the tribunal against the Lahore Customs Collectorate decision. Sources said that company had been penalized on the tax evasion by the Lahore Adjudication.

Tribunal Bench-I Member Judicial Ghulam Murtaza heard the arguments of both counsels of appellant and respondent. Member said that the case needs more study and in this regard lawyers of both sides were asked to present more arguments in the next hearing.

Besides, Bench-I also heard the appeals of Lahore Customs against the Oriental Textiles that has also been adjourned for next hearing.
