ISLAMABAD: Model Customs Collectorate Adjudication Collector Seema Raza Bukhari did not receive any response from the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) regarding SRO-182 of bank guarantees. The letter was written in the previous year. Collector Seema restricted to accept bank guarantees. But the Collector has allowed to accept bank guarantees as she did not receive response from the legal wing of the FBR. The legal wing of FBR even could not find the record related to the SRO as it was issued in 1980. It is not available on the website of the Federal Board of Revenue. It is not clear yet that the decisions are according to the rules and regulations or against them.
