ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has issued notices in TCS and Smart Zone case. The notices have been issued against the acceptance of bail of TCS Regional Manager Logistic Ghazanfar Gul and Smart Zone Company CEO Shakirullah. The CEO of TCS has not been made party in the case as he got bail from customs special court. The interesting thing about the case is that the TCS has divided company into two parts. One is named as TCS Courier Private Limited and other is named as TCS Logistics. The reason behind it is to save company in case of any action against it.
