MULTAN: Excise and Taxation Department have impounded 55 vehicles during operation.
Excise and Taxation Motor registering branch has impounded 12 applied for registration vehicles from the different areas of the Multan city .During general hold up operation of Excise and Taxation Department Multan 43 vehicles were impounded in charge of short of token tax.
Inspector Azhar Khurshid Khan Motor Registering branch has supervised the general hold up operation on the direction of Director Jaam Siraaj Ahmad and the purpose of crack down in city is to collect revenue through the applied for registration vehicles and token taxes.
Three times token tax will be charged with the imposed fine to owners of the vehicles after the passing of 1st February deadline.
