LAHORE: Warid Telecom & Ericsson has announced a three-year extension of their managed services partnership during the Mobile World Congress held in Barcelona, which will help Warid Telecom to have access to a number of additional benefits, including enhanced network performance, an optimised seamless user experience, field service efficiency, as well as first line and second line support.
Commenting on the agreement, Warid Telecom Board Executive Committee Chairman Adeel Bajwa said, “Our ten-year-long history with Ericsson proves that the company is well placed to understand Warid’s needs and growth requirements.”
Warid successfully launched its LTE services commercially in Pakistan end of last year and continued to provide high quality telecom services to the customers enabled by spectrum re-farming with Ericsson.
