TOKYO: Microsoft latest console the Master Chief Collection bundle available at $350 which comes with a digital copy of the game.
Ever since the next gen consoles PS4 and Xbox One got launched, there has been repeated criticism about one of them being more powerful. The Playstation 4 managed to deliver 900p and 1080p resolution for many games while the Xbox didn’t with select titles. But, a final call can’t be made purely based on a bunch of games released in one year’s time. Besides, the big exclusives are yet to come out. Meanwhile, if you are planning to buy the hardware, there are multiple offers including the popular Assassin’s Creed Unity one but this is more exclusive than anything else.
First of all, for Halo fans, the Master Chief Collection Xbox One bundle is an amazing buy because they get the exclusive box art which will be something to keep for many years. The only drawback is that it doesn’t come with a disc version of the game but you will have to download it manually, using the digital code provided with it. For disc collectors, this is a slight turn off.
In the bundle, you will find the console hardware along with four different Halo games which has been meticulously re-mastered by 343 Industries for the next gen machine. The bundle will also allow you to enjoy some extra goodies including complete access to the Halo Nightfall series which has been produced and designed by the director of ‘Alien’, Ridley Scott.
Most amazing bundles are often limited to regions but the upcoming Xbox One Halo Master Chief Collection bundle is going to be available worldwide. There are no restrictions for any region but the pricing may not be the same as $350 in every country. It will be converted into respective currency which might increase it a bit but the purchase is worth for people who love the series.
There are some bugs and issues associated with the game, especially for the multiplayer mode. But, 343 Industries have released multiple patches to fix them all and it plays much better now. The team is working on Halo 5 Guardians which is expected to be showcased at E3 2015. Until then, you can keep playing this collection.
