NEW DELHI: LG revealed that it has started rolling out Android 5.0 update for the dual-SIM version of L90 smartphone in the Indian market, making it the second market after UAE to get the update.  It is now available over-the-air, but you can also try via the LG Mobile Support tool.

Over 775MB in size, the update brings the usual Lollipop goodies to the smartphone like enhanced notifications, improved performance, UI tweaks, guest mode, ART as default runtime and more.

There is no word on when the company will roll-out the same update in other markets, but we don’t see why it will take long except in the case of carrier-locked units, which go through extra testing.
