KUALA LUMPUR: AirAsia Bhd is appealing against the decision of the Malaysia Competition Commission (MyCC) which ruled both Malaysia Airlines and AirAsia guilty of anti-competition practices.
The low-cost carrier said it would be presenting its case at a court proceeding against the RM10mil fine.
The case is being held on Wednesday and Thursday at Kompleks Mahkamah Kuala Lumpur, Jalan Duta.
