The phone has 3 GB of RAM and has an octa-core 64-bit Snapdragon 810 processor. The rear camera of the device is of 16 MP and has LED flash while the front camera is a whopping 8 MP. It has 16 GB of internal storage which is expandable to 128 GB using the microSD card. It offers the connectivity options of Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Micro USB, GPS/A-GPS, USB OTG, 3G and LTE. All these features and the big display are supported by a battery of 2900 mAh.

ZTE Nubia Z9 Mini

As the name suggests, it is the ‘mini’ version of the aforementioned phone. Most of the features like the camera specs, the connectivity options, the storage capacity and the battery size are exactly same as the Max counterpart. Some of the differences are that the Mini ‘colleague’ has a display size of 5 inches. This device has 2 GB of RAM with octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor. Since the battery size is same for a smaller display, it is expected that ZTE Nubia Z9 mini will offer better battery life than Max.

Pricing and availability

Because of its better features, Nubia Z9 Max is costlier than Nubia Z9 Mini. The former costs CNY 2499 (25,000 RS approx.) and the latter costs CNY 1499 (15,000 RS approx.). The devices will become available in Chinese market from 2nd April. However, international pricing and availability are yet unknown.
