MUSCAT: Oman’s Sohar port first phase of development has been recently completed by Port City Development, which is now open for business and will increasing demand for commercial, according to leading international real estate consultancy, Cluttons said.

Strategically located at the main entrance to Port of Sohar, Port City’s master plan has been considered to accommodate the varied commercial space needs of businesses associated with the port and freezone.
Conceived as a three-phase development, on full completion it will provide an office park, government offices, retail and dining facilities, a petrol station and a mosque.
