NDTV releases News App for Android which offers breaking news alerts, top stories from all over the world

NEW DELHI: NDTV has launched a renovated news app for Google’s Android mobile operating system. The NDTV News app for Android is faster and lighter on resources than before, which translates into better performance on entry-level smartphones.

The app comes with a revamped UI based on Google’sMaterial Design and is designed to make full use of features offered in Android 5.0 Lollipop, though it remains compatible with older Android versions. As always, the NDTV News app offers breaking news alerts and top stories from India and the rest of the world, as well as the latest updates from the worlds of business, entertainment, sports, and more.
