MUMBAI: HTC has unveiled its Desire 826 smartphone in India. The phone will go on sale in the coming days with a maximum operating price (MOP) of INR 25,990.

The HTC desire 826 is yet another effort of ours to combine superior quality features in a stunning smartphone at a smart price,” said Faisal Siddiqui, President, South Asia, HTC.
Originally introduced in January this year, HTC Desire 826 sports dual-tone color and dual finish. It features a 5.5-inch full HD display, 1.5GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor, 2600 mAh battery, and Android 5.0 with Sense 6.0.
The smartphone also comes with 13MP f2.0 rear camera, Ultrapixel front shooter, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage and microSD card slot.
In addition, HTC has packed dual front-facing speakers with BoomSound and Dolby Audio in the smartphone.
