Asus MeMO Pad 7 LTE tablet to be available in AT&T stores, online in US starting April 10

NEW YORK: AT&T has announced that arrival of the Asus MeMO Pad 7 LTE tablet in the U.S. According to the carrier, the tablet will be available in AT&T stores, online and at other major retailers beginning April 10.

“The ASUS MeMO Pad 7 LTE is a strong addition to AT&T’s connected tablet portfolio. It was built to keep you entertained beyond the limits of Wi-Fi with the nation’s most reliable 4G LTE network. If you’re looking for a tablet that you can watch video and play games on without breaking the bank, you’d be hard pressed to find a better option,” said Jeff Bradley, senior vice president, Device Marketing and Developer Services, AT&T Mobility.

The tablet features a 7-inch HD IPS+ display, dual front speakers, 5MP rear shooter, and 1.3GHz quad-core Intel Atom processor. Asus has also included 16GB of on-board storage with expansion slot, Android 4.4.4 with Zen UI, 1GB of RAM, 2MP front shooter, and 4G LTE support.

Pricing: Asus MeMO Pad 7 LTE will cost $0.99, when you buy any smartphone on AT&T Next. It is also available to purchase for $8.75 per month for 20 months with the AT&T Tablet Installment plan, or $74.99 with a two-year agreement. In addition, this is AT&T’s first tablet offering GoPhone pricing options with no annual contract required. The customers will be able to purchase a GoPhone version of the MeMO Pad 7 LTE at AT&T stores starting April 24 for $174.99.
