SYDNEY: Intel has given a glimpse of a Bond villain-style future application for smart watches using them to control a robot army of spiders with the wave of hand.
Intel’s CEO Brian Krzanich was demonstrating the power of the new ‘Curie’ microchip, which is smaller than a penny but has all the technology packed into it to allow for gesture control and motion recognition.
Users just need to move their wrist to control a spiderbot swarm, the volume of music, TV pretty much anything.
