Lenovo to launch ultra-affordable Android Kitkat powered A1900 Smartphone

BEIJING: Lenovo is entering smart phones market with some fine releases. It had announced making A7000 available for Indians for Rs.8999.00 and today it is readying to launch its ultra-affordable Android Kitkat powered Smartphone, A1900 phone.

The ultra cheap A1900 will feature a 4-inch WVGA with 480×800 pixels with IPS display. It will be powered by 1.2GHz quad-core Cortex-A7 SC7730 processor which is coupled with a Mali-400 GPU. The A1900 will run on 512MB RAM and have a internal memory of 4GB internal which can be expanded to 16GB via microSD expansion slot.

The Smartphone has a 2-megapixel rear camera without LED flash while it will support 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, Micro-USB, FM radio, and Bluetooth. Lenovo A1900 has a 1500mAh battery.

As per media reports, the device has already been listed by the bulk supplier Alibaba in China.

From the looks of it, A1900 looks a decent budget Smartphone and should be priced at sub Rs.5000.00.
