Customs values of light fittings, canned Mushroom issued

KARACHI: Directorate General of Customs Valuation has determined the customs values of light fittings/fixtures through Valuation Ruling No. 638/2014 and canned mushroom through Valuation Ruling No. 639/2014 under Section 25-A of the Customs Act, 1969.

According to details, the customs values of LED Lighting fixtures (with bulbs) from China having Pakistan Customs Tariff (PCT) codes 9405.1090 and 9405.4090 and proposed PCT codes for WeBOC 9405.1090.1000 and 9405.4090.1000 has been fixed at $ 2.00 per kg.

Customs values of street lighting fixtures from China having PCT code 9405.4090 and proposed PCT code for WeBOC 9405.4090.1100 has been fixed at $ 2.25 per kg.

Customs values of other lighting fixtures from China having PCT codes 9405.1020, 9405.1090 and 9405.4090 and proposed PCT codes for WeBOC 9405.1020.1000, 9405.1090.1100 and 9405.4090.1200 has been fixed at $ 1.70 per kg.

Furthermore, the Directorate General of Customs Valuation through Valuation Ruling No. 639/2014 has determined the customs values of canned Mushroom.

Customs values of canned Mushroom from all origins having PCT codes 2003.1000 and 2003.9000 and proposed PCT codes for WeBOC 2003.1000.1000 and 2003.9000.1000 has been fixed at $ 0.75 per kg.
