Customs Court hears 20 cases; grants bail to accused in one case

LAHORE: Special Court Of Customs Taxation And Anti-Smuggling heard 20 cases on Friday and adjourned all of them for next hearing.

Special judge of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling Court Lahore, Nazeer Ahmad Gunjana adjourns cases pertaining to smuggling and taxation. Numbers of cases were adjourned because as parties in these cases could not appear in court. On the other hand, court has also adjourned some cases due to incomplete challan, presented by Customs Intelligence and Investigation.
