Karbonn Alfa A120 smartphone revealed; supports 22 Indian languages

NEW DELHI: Karbonn has launched Android smartphone Alfa A120 in India, the handset has been priced at INR 4,590 and will be available at all major retail stores in the coming days.

According to Karbonn, it is targeting the Alfa A120 to the consumers, who want long battery life on their smartphones. Thus, the A120 packs a 3000 mAh battery, which will offer talktime of 18 hours.

Other specifications of the phone include a 4.5-inch FWVGA display, 1.3GHz dual-core processor, 512MB of RAM, and Android 4.4.2. The phone also packs 4GB of internal storage, microSD card slot, dual-SIM support, 5MP rear camera and VGA front shooter.

The company has included support for 22 Indian languages as well in the Alfa A120.

The smartphone will be competing with the Spice Stellar 517, which was originally launched at INR 7,999, but can now be grabbed for as low as INR 5K. The phone packs 3000 mAh battery, 1GB of RAM, 8MP rear camera and 5-inch FWVGA display.
