DUBAI: Dubai customs seized 3 kilograms of gold bars worth Rs 1.5 crore at Dubai Airport, which were hidden beneath a seat of an Air India flight from Dubai.
The flight, after its stop-over here, was scheduled to leave for Delhi, the officials said, adding, the passenger must have brought the consignment from Dubai but had to abandon it in the aircraft due to increased vigilance by the customs staff at the arrival area.
