Customs Court Lahore hears 28 cases on Tuesday

LAHORE: The special Court of Customs Taxation and Anti-smuggling heard 28 cases here on Tuesday.

According to the Tuesday working schedule issued by the Special Court 28 cases were adjourned for further hearing. Mr Nazeer Ahmad Gunjana on Tuesday heard all scheduled cases and issued important orders for further developments in these cases. Cases of tax evasion, smuggling and other relevant issues were part of the day.

Applicants were present in the court from other cities like Multan, Bahawalpur and Okara Jehlum, Gujranwala and Sialkot. Due to negligence of Customs staff and incomplete investigation Customs court adjourned many cases on other days.
