Hyderabad ASO seizes items worth Rs 22.46 million in March

HYDERABAD: Model Customs Collectorate Anti-Smuggling Organization Hyderabad seized smuggled diesel, tyres and other goods worth Rs 22.46 million in March-2015.

According to details, Anti Smuggling Organization Hyderabad seized these smuggled in different operation during month of March.

Official sources said that the ASO impounded a Mercedes and corolla worth Rs 2.8 million in an operation. ASO also impounded three oil tankers carrying 130,600 liters diesel worth Rs 6.12 million.

Anti-Smuggling Organization Hyderabad seized smuggled items including tyres, polyethylene bags and other items worth Rs 13.53 million during March of current fiscal year 2014-15.
