ABERDEEN: Local businesses will be able to plan for growth as they meet their business neighbours from Norfolk Chamber of Commerce at a cross-county business breakfast taking place in Kings Lynn.
Cambridgeshire and Norfolk based businesses will be communicating and sharing advice on achieving success within both counties during the course of the morning business event. Through wider interaction businesses will make new professional relationships that could help them grow and expand their businesses beyond the county borders.
John Bridge OBE DL, Chief Executive of Cambridgeshire Chambers of Commerce, said: “We are very pleased to be working with Norfolk Chamber of Commerce in order to widen the opportunities open to businesses within Cambridgeshire and Norfolk. It’s very important that businesses have chances to make new contacts as these are essential in order to grow and expand. Previously this cross-county breakfast has attracted a variety of high-profile delegates from different sectors and we expect a great turnout this May.”
Following breakfast Alaistar MacFarlane, Port Manager, East Anglia at Associate British Ports, will be sharing information on the importance of King’s Lynn port to the local area and explaining how the ports of Ipswich and Lowestoft benefit the regional economy. Through hearing from Alaistar businesses will be able to see scope for potential growth and exploit their position in a transport hotspot.
Businesses will be invited to take part in different styles of networking as well as enjoy a delicious breakfast.
