KUWAIT CITY: Capital securitymen raided an illegal liquor factory inside a bachelors accommodation in Sulaibikhat area where they confiscated 1,000 bottles of locally brewed liquor and 100 gallons of liquor, and arrested 16 Asian suspects.
According to security sources, Capital securitymen carried out the operation under the guidance and instructions of Assistant Undersecretary for Public Security Affairs at Ministry of Interior Major General Abdul Fattah Al-Ali and Capital Security Director Major General Ibrahim Al-Tarrah. They arrested 16 Asian expatriates who were in the vicinity as they did not have any official identification documents. The suspects were referred with the confiscated items to the concerned authorities for investigations.
