A session of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission was held to discuss the draft resolution of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council on the report on transferring and distributing sums of import customs duties between Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Russia in 2014. In accordance with the protocol on the procedure for distributing the sums of import customs duties the Eurasian Economic Commission submits for consideration of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council an annual report on distributing the sums of import customs duties between the budgets of the member states.

In line with the protocol the customs duties are transferred to the account of the authorized agency in the Eurasian Economic Union member state where the duties are to be paid in compliance with the legislation of the Union and are then redistributed between the budgets of the member states in accordance with the distribution guidelines.

In 2014 import customs duties were transferred and distributed correctly. No violations were registered, said representatives of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
