Multan Customs disburses Rs1.85m rebate during March

MULTAN:  The Model of Customs Collectorate Multan has given the rebate of Rs.1.85 million during March.

The rebate branch of MCC Multan has paid the rebate to its exporters of Rs.1.85 million in March .There were almost 35 rebate applicants have applied for rebate on the export of their goods in the month of March.

Rebate branch has settled the 29 exporters on the application of their payment of rebate in the month of March. The major amount of rebate claimed by the applicant Khawaja Tannery, Home Tax Corporation and Al Haram during the month of March.

The rebate branch is paying rebate to exporters on the export of certain goods and their applications processing is finalized within two weeks for the payment of their rebate.

The rebate branch has paid as minimum Rs.35 rebate to the exporter and maximum RS.1.5 million rebates on the export of their defined goods by the Federal Board of Revenue during this financial year.

The rebate branch has already paid Rs.12.5 million rebate amount to their exporters in term of rebate for the export of goods. The rebate branch is issuing rebate amount without any inconvenience to facilitate them and for the promotion of national export.

The major export items exported from the Multan Dry Port includes cotton yarn, textile madeup, leather shoes and others.
