BRUSSELS: Confidence among Belgian business executives edged higher in April, with the index continuing its improvement since the start of 2015, the central bank said Friday.
The business confidence index edged up to -6.2 in April from -6.3 in March. In January the index was at -8.8.
Confidence rose further in the service sector, the only one of the four major business categories to be in positive territory. It was also marginally higher in the manufacturing sector.
