MULTAN: The Federal Service Tribunal Customs has adjourned the hearing of suspended Superintendent Siraaj Ahmad of Customs Intelligence and Investigation Multan until April 28.
Siraaj Malik is facing corruption charges after challenging his transfer to Islamabad from Multan. Siraaj Malik has filed the appeal by challenging his transfer to Islamabad Customs Office along with two inspectors Hamid Habib and Tariq Mehmood.

They had filed the appeal in the Customs Services Tribunal (CST) to withdraw their transfer orders against the Customs authorities.
All three employees have filed petition against their transfer from Multan to Islamabad with a view that their whole services were faultless throughout the career, so the tribunal should cancel their transfer in the lights of their decent service record. Customs Intelligence and Investigation Multan has presented their whole service record from the date of their joining in front of tribunal for the further proceeding of appeal against their transfer.
According to the records, Customs superintendent Siraaj was found involved in a case with FIR No 2/2014. The case was registered against suspended superintendent in 2010 during his services of Islamabad Customs. CST immediately passed the order of his suspension from the tribunal due to immoral previous performance.
The Customs department has submitted the comments on other employee of the Customs Intelligence and Investigation in the service tribunal during their services. Two inspectors Hamid Habib and Tariq Mehmood, have also filed appeals against their transfer from Multan to Islamabad.
