Faisalabad most lucrative city for Turkish investment: DCO

FAISALABAD: Faisalabad is one of the most lucrative cities for Turkish investment as the recent measures taken for its infrastructural development will make this city as an engine of the national economic growth within next couple of years.

This was stated by DCO Noorul Amin while addressing the members of the Turkish Delegation that visited the FCCI here on Saturday.

He assured the delegation that Faisalabad will offer them best investment opportunities with maximum gains.

He said that FCCI and district administration were working as partners to improve the infrastructure facilities in this town.

“We have great respect and regard for the business community of Faisalabad as it was earning more than six billion dollar per annum for the country”, he said and added that business community has best entrepreneurship and was playing its role in the development of the country.

FCCI President Engr. Rizwan Ashraf welcomed the Turkish delegation and gave a briefing on Faisalabad and FCCI.

He said that FCCI has 5,000 members within its fold while the FCCI was making efforts to bridge the gap between business community and the government.

He stressed the need to increase bilateral trade relations between business communities of the two countries and said that exchange of trade delegations could play major role in bringing them more close.
