Valuation Ruling of Silk Fabric issued

KARACHI: Directorate General of Customs Valuation has determined the customs values of silk fabric through a Valuation Ruling No. 648/2014 under Section 25-A of the Customs Act, 1969.

Customs values of textile silk fabric (crinkle) from China having Pakistan Customs Tariff (PCT) codes 5007.1000, 5007.2000 and 5007.9000, and proposed PCT code for WeBOC 5007.1000.1010, 5007.2000.1010 and 5007.9000.1010 have been fixed at $ 11.50 per kilogram.

Customs values of textile silk fabric (tissue, embroidered) from China having PCT codes 5007.1000, 5007.2000 and 5007.9000, and proposed PCT codes for WeBOC 5007.1000.1040, 5007.2000.1040 and 5007.9000.1040 have been fixed at $ 15.40 per kg.

Customs values of textile silk fabric (chiffon, plain) from China having PCT codes 5007.1000, 5007.2000 and 5007.9000, and proposed PCT codes for WeBOC 5007.1000.1050, 5007.2000.1050 and 5007.9000.1050 have been fixed at $ 11.00 per kg.

Customs values of textile silk fabric (chiffon, embroidered) from China having PCT codes 5007.1000, 5007.2000 and 5007.9000, and proposed PCT codes for WeBOC 5007.1000.1060, 5007.2000.1060 and 5007.9000.1060 have been fixed at $ 15.40 per kg.

Customs values of textile silk fabric (chiffon, printed, embroidered) from China having PCT codes 5007.1000, 5007.2000 and 5007.9000, and proposed PCT codes for WeBOC 5007.1000.1100, 5007.2000.1100 and 5007.9000.1100 have been fixed at $ 17.50 per kg.

Customs values of textile silk fabric grip/wrought from China having PCT codes 5007.1000, 5007.2000 and 5007.9000, and proposed PCT codes for WeBOC 5007.1000.1110, 5007.2000.1110 and 5007.9000.1110 have been fixed at $ 11.00 per kg.

Furthermore, customs values of textile silk fabric grip/wrought (embroidered) from China having PCT codes 5007.1000, 5007.2000 and 5007.9000, and proposed PCT codes for WeBOC 5007.1000.1120, 5007.2000.1120 and 5007.9000.1120 have been fixed at $ 15.40 per kg.
