Customs Court postponed 22 cases as judge on leave

LAHORE: The hearing of cases could not be held at Federal Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling Court Lahore as the judge was on leave.

Almost 22 cases were scheduled for hearing on Wednesday while all of them have been postponed for next date of hearing.

As per the details, Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling Court Lahore Judge Nazeer Ahmad Gunjana did not attend the court due to some unknown reasons.

Due to the absence of the judge, all cases related to tax evasion, smuggling and other cases would be heard on next scheduled days while honorable Judge Nazeer Ahmad Gunjana would attend the court tomorrow and heard the cases.
