CEO meeting on directors responsibilities under companies act 2013

COCHIN: The CEO Breakfast Meeting on ‘Directors Responsibilities under the Companies Act 2013’ is aimed at updating today’s CEOs/Directors on the new regulations and responsibilities of Directors under the new Companies Act. This session will help them run their Companies in compliance with the statutes and also keep them informed about Corporate/Individual violations which are dormant in the Act, in most of the cases.

With the revision of the Act, even the smallest of violations/default can attract huge penalties including prosecution.
