KARACHI: Chief Collector-Enforcement (South) Muhammad Nazim Saleem held a revenue related meeting of all concerned collectorates in his office.
Collector-MCC Preventive Syed Muhammad Tariq Huda, Collector-MCC Hyderabad Dr Ahmed Mujtaba Memon, Collector-Quetta Raja Zaheer Akhtar, Collector-MCC Gwadar, acting Collector-MCC Export and other Customs officers attended the meeting.

In the meeting, Chief Collector-Enforcement (South) Muhammad Nazim Saleem stressed for achieving revenue targets by the end of the current fiscal year.
The Chief Collector-Enforcement (South) urged all Collectorates to evolve an effective strategy to ensure achievement of revenue targets by the end of the fiscal year.
Highlighting the significant decrease in smuggling activities in the jurisdiction of MCC-Hyderabad and MCC-Quetta, the Chief Collector said that the continue same efforts are be needed to uprooting the menace of smuggling.
During the meeting, the Chief Collector Enforcement (South) lauded the performance of authorities concerned of MCC-Preventive, MCC-Hyderabad and MCC-Quetta in wake of collecting revenue, adding that the remaining Collectorates would expedite its efforts in order to ensure achieving revenue targets set by Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
It is pertinent to mention here that the FBR authorities concerned have paid special attention towards increasing the smuggling activities and Chief Collector-Enforcement (South) Muhammad Nazim Saleem in the backlash has written letters to the Inspector General (IG) Frontier Constabulary (FC) and Director General Coast Guards in order to extending cooperation in uprooting smuggling activities from border areas of Balochistan province.
