LAHORE: The Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) has sealed Seemi and Sapna beauty Parlors in Johor Town Lahore owing to sales tax evasion.
The Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) makes this action to faster sales tax collection procedure to achieve target of financial year 2014-15. The PRA takes stern action against non-tax payers.
PRA target for taxes collection in FY 2014-15 is Rs95 billion in which department has collected only Rs30 billion and Rs280 million in first nine months while the department needed to collect Rs64 billion 720 million in two months.
Chief Minister Punjab also ordered PRA to achieve target of tax collection at any circumstances.
