LAHORE: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has frozen the Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) account to recover tax amount of Rs 2.7 million.

Punjab Public Service Commission is allegedly the tax defaulter of Rs 2.7 million. Due to nonpayment of taxes, the FBR sub office froze Punjab Public Service Commission accounts to recover the tax amount. The FBR has a serious concern to get set target as less than two months remained in current financial year 2014-15.
