Anchorperson Aisha Sana to face cyber crime case

LAHORE: Anchor person Aisha Sana to face cyber crime case in sessions court. Additional Session judge Abdur Rehaman Budla will hear the case.

The Appellant Mirza Yousaf Baig has filed the case against Aisha Sana that the anchorperson has made offensive comment against his wife and daughter due to which his family is facing some troubles. The FIA registered an FIR against Aisha Sana and forwarded the case to Ghulam Mustfa Chudhary, judicial magistrate, who hears cases regarding cyber crime.

Judicial magistrate FIA refers the case to the sessions court and court refers case to Additional Sessions Judge Abdur Rehaman Budla that will further hear the case. The FIA forward the inquiry and personal comment of both parties with challan to session court.
