MUSCAT: Directorate General for Combating Drugs and Psychotropic Substances of North Asharqiyah customs arrested three Asians for attempting to smuggle in heroin.
According to a statement issued by the ROP, the trio entered the Sultanate illegally from the sea and were caught red-handed in Sur with 1,713 capsules of heroin weighing at least 12 kilogrammes.
